Modern and historical violist Joanna Patrick is an active orchestral and chamber musician, performing across the UK and Europe.
In 2018 she graduated with First-Class Honours from the Royal College of Music in London under the tutelage of Simon Rowland-Jones and Annette Isserlis. She was a prize winner in the 2018 RCM Concerto Competition and the 2016 June Emerson Launchpad Prize for chamber music.
Joanna has played with orchestras including the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, Florilegium, the BBC Symphony Orchestra and the London Symphony Orchestra, as well as touring with the European Union Baroque Orchestra. She is an active chamber musician and has performed with chamber ensembles at concert venues including the Queen’s Gallery in Buckingham Palace, the Wigmore Hall and King’s Place.
In her spare time Joanna enjoys dog walking and supporting her local community cinema.
